Wranglers Training

Being a Wrangler with Reigning Grace Ranch is not something to take lightly; it is much more than just a title or being part of a team. Being a Wrangler requires a special person who realizes the importance of being charged with helping horses and children prepare for the tasks ahead. The Wrangler team consists of such volunteers who work with horses to prepare and/or maintain them for RGR’s various programs. Further, Wranglers are called upon to help train new volunteers, lead mentoring sessions, and help where needed (including regular horse maintenance).

To be considered for the Wrangler Team and qualify for an invite to hear more; you must meet the following criteria: eighteen years of age or older, served the ranch at least once a week for a minimum of 6 months, pass a Wrangler Assessment, and understand the heartbeat of the ranch.
