“One-On-One” Mentorship Program Overview

Phase 1

Our One-on-One Mentorship Program is structured in 8-week blocks, with one-hour sessions held weekly to ensure consistency and build meaningful relationships. Each session is designed to nurture your child’s character, resilience, and confidence while providing a comprehensive equine experience that touches all aspects of ranch life.

This program is available from October through June.

“Group” Mentorship Program Overview

Phase 2

The Group Mentorship Program at Reigning Grace Ranch is a distinctive equine experience designed for children who have successfully developed self-confidence and foundational skills through our one-on-one mentorship program during phase 1. This next phase provides a supportive group environment where participants can build upon their foundational skills and foster meaningful relationships among peers.

In this unique group mentorship program, children work together in a collaborative, hands-on learning setting, participating in activities that encourage teamwork, communication, and mutual support. This environment helps them transition from individualized instruction to engaging with peers in a meaningful way, fostering connections and building friendships that last beyond the program. As they engage in these experiences, they enhance their self-confidence, stewardship, responsibility, accountability, and leadership skills.

This program is available from October through June.
