Volunteering Your Time at Reigning Grace Ranch

Reigning Grace Ranch is a peaceful place, it is a place that can calm you even on your most challenging days, stepping foot on the ranch brings about a feeling of completeness, I just feel great when I’m at the ranch. These are just some of the many things we hear from visitors to RGR. Reigning Grace Ranch is a place of tranquility and refuge on 15-acres in the beautiful Arizona desert. No traditional therapies can compare to the combination of our healing sanctuary for a unique mentorship and equine assisted experiential learning event. Home to dozens of mended horses with incredible stories, the ranch focus is to heal and empower children and families struggling with diversity with our rehabilitated horses.

Here’s a note from our volunteer coordinator:

The beauty of Reigning Grace is that it is a ministry all its own. Many visitors ask for nothing more than the chance to sit a while and bask in the peaceful environment. Creating and maintaining this environment has proven to be quite a challenge. However, our volunteer force has been invaluable in keeping things going. A trip to the ranch will prove this, as the hands of those who freely give their time have built so much of the ranch. Reigning Grace is a ranch…but at its core, it is a family. We are simply a group of people who choose to serve God, love children, horses, and each other, and to give our time to these passions. Each volunteer, parent, visitor, child, and horse is significant and cherished.

I would love the opportunity to talk with you about the volunteer opportunities we have. For all potential volunteers, we require a tour of the ranch so that you get to learn a little bit more about us. Once your tour is complete, and hopefully, you have decided to join our family, all we ask that you fill out our volunteer/release form. We also strongly recommend closed-toed shoes! If you have any children wishing to volunteer as well, we always welcome them. To volunteer, they must be at least 7 years old. To mentor, they must be at least 18 years old.

Thank you for your interest in Reigning Grace Ranch. I look forward to meeting you!
