A note from a supportive volunteer…….
I kept hearing about Reigning Grace Ranch but didn’t know much about it other than what I saw online and in pictures. I had the opportunity to meet Chris a little over a year ago and always enjoyed talking to him about business and why he started RGR with his wife but as much as you can read online and learn nothing beats visiting the ranch in person. From the moment I stepped foot on Reigning Grace last October I knew this place was special. It’s hard to explain but when I first drove in I felt like it was a scene out of Jurassic Park because of their entrance but nothing could prepare me for how I would feel when I got out of the car. All I can say is you can tell God has his hands on this ranch as I truly felt the Holy Spirit moving through me as I was taken on a tour!! With over 20 acres of land and more to come from the horses themselves to a cow and so much more, this is a fully functioning ranch that needs your help.
From an outside perspective, Chris and Amanda have allowed the Lord to guide them with the ranch and it is expanding every day. Their programs that they have available are designed to help at risk children and so much more! Once you get word of everything they have going on and their plans for the future you will definitely want to get involved. I’ve had the pleasure of attending a few Saturday sessions, a BBQ as well as a volunteer breakfast to learn what they have coming up in the future. As a man of God I have the heart to serve and supporting and working on a ranch is not something you get a chance to do every day.
Did you know that Christopher and Amanda founded Reigning Grace Ranch in 2009? Together they have over 20 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and horses. Ultimately, “After the rescue and rehabilitation of several neglected horses (65 to be exact), Christopher and Amanda soon became a witness to what these amazing animals can do in a child’s life— change it profoundly! Together, Christopher and Amanda have been led on a crusade to redeem neglected, abused and slaughter bound horses and pair them with disadvantaged youth and families to mend broken hearts and instill hope.”
If you’re curious to know more about the ranch, you can take a look at their upcoming events HERE! They also need your help! Please note that they are a non-profit that is in need of your help both as a volunteer and donations too. 98% of your donations go directly back into the ranch and that helps them with operating costs, expansion, new programs and so much more! If you have the ability to donate you will be rewarded with the satisfaction of what their mission is.
Reigning Grace Ranch is a quality organization which incredible owners. I was moved when I learned more about them and got involved. Please check them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
